I booked a one night stay at this Residence Inn due to some contractor work at my home. Coming back late in the evening, we sometimes got about the last spot in the lot. The parking lot is small, considering it is for 2 hotels. We had no issue with noise at all, but we were there just mostly to sleep. Breakfast was busy all 3 mornings we were there and they kept things hot and fresh. They had plenty of choices for breakfast and it was always well stocked. Housekeeping was on request, but I suppose this is going to be the norm going forward. I personally prefer the individual bottles, but I get why they are done this way now. We had a walk in shower only and the shampoo and soap was attached to the wall. Kitchen was a good size and very functional. We were there for pleasure, but it would have been very easy to get some work done in the room as well. It felt somewhat less secure basically being all closed up.
The surrounding area is great, lots of shops and restaurants! Even though the two lobbies are connected with the breakfast area in the middle, it would have been nice to have someone staffed at the check in desk on the Residence Inn side. Every staff member we encountered was very nice and helpful. Hotel was extremely clean and still looked brand new. We were in town for a 3 night stay over Memorial Day weekend.
